
Hoping someone has an idea.My wife started a medical aesthetics business a few years ago, driving to people's homes (she had an existing book of clients from a previous company that came with her). Her first year she did about $300k gross.This year she's in her own space and on track to break $1M in gross revenue.Anyways, it's still her (though she did hire someone part time to help with admin tasks this week!) doing, well, everything.All her clients text her from questions, to appointment requests, to.. just about anything. This was manageable in year one but it's getting to the point that it's just too much and she needs a better workflow. This is nothing to say of social media accounts as well.She uses square for appointments on her website but if someone texts her for an appointment she ends up having to do it.Obviously she needs to start working on pushing clients to some self service options but...
