Hiring done wrong

For 3 years I was trying to find a job. I've had several job interviews to join startups, SMBs, big companies ... They all had something in common. They didn't know how to interview people. They didn't think before hand what type of soft skills are needed to succeed in the role. How do I know? Nobody asked questions related to soft skills. All of their questions had to do with what I did in the past. They don't check if I could fit to the culture of their company. It seems to me that there wasn't a culture that's why there were no questions. I don't want to think that they were not aware that new hires should be a for for the culture tooAny stories to share from your side? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
