
For 3 years I was trying to find a job. I've had several job interviews to join startups, SMBs, big companies ... They all had something in common. They didn't know how to interview people.They didn't think before hand what type of soft skills are needed to succeed in the role. How do I know? Nobody asked questions related to soft skills. All of their questions had to do with what I did in the past.They don't check if I could fit to the culture of their company.
