Should I be paying Port Fees on buying space in a container with DAP/DDP?

I am a bit confused, as I'm pretty new to importation and sourcing (for reference: I am Australian, so port fees are different in each country so thought I'd say, though all prices here are in USD).They quoted me $140 for DAP, then now $295 for DDP, for 100 pcs of keyboards, which are being sent by Sea (as it is $___ for air, and I don't mind waiting 30 days or so to get the items).Yet they say that if I choose DAP, then I have to pay $200 USD in Port Fee's? My package apparently if sent to port is by CBM (<1CBM) but then by weight if sent to my address (which is DAP/DDP).Is this right? Or are they trying to get out of paying it for themselves or? I'm super lost on this situation and what I should do. I thought DAP was just "You pay the tax/import fees but it goes to ur address" (Which if the package is <$1000 is nothing from my googling), or DDP is that they cover those fees. But I didn't see much about Port Fees.Anyone who's shipped by Sea can they help? Cheers :)(Alibaba Supplier Imporation from China to Australia) see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
