The choice of a lifetime, can I hear

Can I have some advice for choosing a career path?I'm a developer who works for a company with a good salary and some benefits (healthcare, rsu in the value of $ 9k - with one year cliff, that I'm not over yet, and the possibility of getting more rsu each year -, etc). I've received an opportunity to work in a startup where I have a 1.8 percent of shares but will be making 1k less then my current employer and paying for healthcare, which is really expensive in my country.Building a company from the ground has been something I wanted to do for a long time. And my current employer is a really good place, offers a great environment for work and a promising career path. The startup has not launched a product yet but already received a large investment.I'm really divided and need some advice. Does anyone have some insights?TL: DR; Got choose between two promising career paths and I'm really conflicted. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
