What went down during this interview? Need help dissecting and analyzing.

Greetings All,Earlier, today I’ve had a interview with a young woman for a social media position for our company. This was my first interview where I’m the interviewer for my startup. I formally prepared myself and my approach to what I feel comfortable with.I introduced myself, discussed the company for about two minutes and then put the spotlight on her.She seemed like she wasn’t prepared at all, she stumbled on her words, she was very dismissive about a lot of the company details. She asked to excuse herself, forgot to unmute herself and I hear her have a full conversation with her boyfriend or something for 10 minutes.I’m patient and composed, I clearly am having doubts about this woman. I started asking things, such as “what draws you to social media?” “what’s your relationship with your family” “what’s a risk you took?” “What’s the most creative thing you’ve seen?”It was more light-hearted stuff, but then I stepped it up. I said “You seem like a nice individual, although you say that you’ve done and are good at graphic design. Yet I don’t see any examples of your work or anything. Why is that?”She produced to say - “Oh well, my designs aren’t that great, and I don’t have pictures or anything like that. I really just wing it and it usually just comes out good, why you ask!?” She giggles.I just laid down the line gently as possible. “Here, we don’t believe in one person telling multiple people what to do, we believe in us working together to move forward. My CFO tells me what we need to improve financials because he’s amazing at it, and he understands where we can go and he believes where we can go. We want to know if your amazing at what you do, so you can help us achieve our vision.”“It’s apparent to me, that you don’t really seem to care or have any work that shows that your up to par. You also said your not very good. You glossed over a lot of important details in the beginning, instead of asking to elaborate more. I would like to know what you think about that?”She just dodged and said “ I don’t think this is going to work, I don’t like your attitude. I’m going to hang up now”I think this was very swift interview for my first alone, usually it’s me and my CFO. I believe in being mindful and dissecting what happened to assess for the future. How did I come off? Was this woman in the wrong? Please your thoughts and what interview style you use? Thanks. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
