We take a light approach to curating the content of this sub. We rely on your support by way of "reporting" threads to bring them to our attention. You are encouraged to report rule violations.User Flairs - We validate and verify user's flairs, the purpose is to instill trust within our members.Circular Feedback - The moderation team wants to hear your feedback, we will often solicit/survey the community to request feedback on new features, rules, and similar community enhancements. Don't hesitate to reach out and share your idea!Karma Post Requirements - We require 10 Karma points before posting to encourage new users to interact with our community prior to posting.NEW FEATURES -Job Board - This was a requested feature and we have partnered with a wonderful platform that enables us to provide this at no cost to our members.
