Business Credit Card vs Personal Credit Card. Whats the differences? Mainly, can you use a personal credit card to purchase things for your business?

My wife is in the process of opening a therapy clinic. My dilemma is, how does getting a personal credit card differ from getting a personal credit card. We have great credit, so getting personal credit cards with 0% interest for a year is super easy at the kind of levels we should need. So can she use those to purchase things for the business and book it as a loan to the business. Or is there some restriction on what you can use personal credit cards on? I expect we will get business credit lines in the future, but at the moment 0% interest would be great for a year. And it doesn't seem as easy to get that on a business credit card. Unless i'm just unaware of something. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
