Fellow founders and entrepreneurs from r/Entrepreneur what are some of the tools and daily habits in your stack that have the most impact on your professional/personal life?I'll explain. Like some of you I work in the early stage space where time is a scarce and valuable commodity. Time, of course, if not managed correctly will often bring along a wide array of consequences that most of us had to face at some point or another. (stress, fatigue, unhappy clients, total chaos, etc.)Finding ways to streamline complexity whilst increasing efficacy as human operator is in fact mission critical to juggle work/life balance. (IMO).That said, these are some of the tools and daily habits that I can't live without:Collective - collective.comI love being a freelancer but I hate some of the complexity that comes along with it (taxes, accounting, co. formation, etc.) Collective handles all of that for me.Aura - aura.comHad my bank account hacked and identity stolen whilst traveling through the EU last year and it wasn't fun (to say the least). Started using Aura for all things digital sec. and haven't looked back since.Obsidian - obsidian.mdMy new addiction for all things documentation. I was a Notion fanboy for a good while but it seems that the product hasn't made much progress recently when compared to Roam, Obsidian, etc. What do you guys think?Rise Science - risescience.comSleep is probably one of the most important aspects of our life that we tend to completely ignore. (Guilty of this myself). This tool helped stabilize my circadian cycle.Phantombuster - phantombuster.comFor me, automation is the name of the game. I often use PB to streamline time consuming growth/guerrilla marketing workflows.SuperHuman - superhuman.comGreat if, like me you also spend most of your days doing email related work. Superhuman removed the need to use 3 or 4 email productivity tools stacked up as it bundles all my must haves (tracks opens, auto responders, canned responses, etc.)Fastic - fastic.comNothing matches internment fasting as a productivity boost. Obviously you don't need an app to fast, but I like to gamify it with a couple of buddies.Coursera - coursera.orgThe quality and diversity of the of the courses available on Coursera is mind blowing. I signed up up a few years ago to spruce up on my Portuguese and ended up taking an additional 2 courses on AI and Game theory. Still spending at least a couple hours every week on it and have taken several other courses since.Calm - calm.comI don't know where I would be without daily meditation. Apart from the clarity and mindfulness that it provides, what excites me the most about mediation apps is their network effect . Get all your close ones meditating for a month and see how massively it improves the quality of your relationships.Daily habits:Dynamic StretchingThis could be yoga, foam-rolling, or any other type of myofascial release. If you're spending more than 3h/'day working in front of a screen you should be working on your posture and structural integrity. Trust me, you don't wanna have to deal with hyperkyphosis 10y from now.JournalingWriting stuff down on a gratitude journal just ain't for me. I prefer to do a quick 2-4m audio recording session at the end of the day of me just doing a quick post-mortem. The exercise of daily reflection is so underappreciated. Avidly recommend it.PomodoroI cycle my Pomodoro's in a way that allows me to sustain a good amount of highly productive brain cycles per day. For me that means 45m on/15m off X 3 followed by a 30m-60m break. I do this cycle 3-4 times a day.Your turn. What are some of the daily habits and tools that you can't live without?PS.
