Hiring someone to follow/unfollow IG concerns w privacy OR bot?

So I run a jewellery business which is gaining traction. I get sales mainly through IG by following new people and offering a discount code. This is very time-consuming so I want to hire someone to do this for me. The issue I have is that they will have to have the accounts password and could change the backup email address... I just don't want someone to steal it. The other alternative is to get a bot but idk if any work in 2021 without getting banned by IG. Thoughts? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
