How do you use google search/scripts to find web pages with specific content/ads that may not be listed on social media?

I'm specifically thinking in targeting employment ads that may include keywords such as "Portuguese content writer". Many times small companies may advertise such openings in their career pages and they're not appearing anywhere else, not on LinkedIn nor in any agency page.
