I'm at the "people really like the idea and want to use the app, but I can't actually get them to use the app" phase (SaaS)

Hey folks, like I mentioned, I have a nice SaaS app that I've had a few company's beta test. The feedback was really positive and whenever I pitch it to friends or people in my network they agree it's a problem worth solving and they could see themselves using it... Then the conversation kinda goes to, "welllllll then you should use it!" and it kinda fizzles out. Im having a hard time telling if it's because of my lack of sales-y skills or communication, the fact my app is not established, that the idea is "nice" but not crucial and so on.What have people found the best solution to be in this case? If anyone is at a similar phase or have gotten through the "people like your idea and now you just need to convince them to adopt it" I'd love to hear from you! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
