Online custome furniture company with 0.50% conversion rate. Need your opinion.

Hi folks,I work with a company that offers custom furniture and their whole model is online.Basically you go on their website, use the configurator (whihch is super well done) to create, let's say, your custom library, order it, and then it's manufactured and delivered to your home 4 weeks later.Last year, they had something like 40k signups, but only 0,50% of them actually bought someting in the end.I'm trying to figure out why, and here are my theories for now:wrong target: they spend about 30k/m in ads, maybe their target is not qualified enough. But their ads are run pretty well so although there's room for improvement, I don't think it will dramatically change their business.delays: maybe the 4 weeks delivery is too long for the average consumerPrice: seems to be fair, compared to competitors.configurator features: maybe they lack some features, but I don't think it would change the conversoin rate too much as it's already pretty on point. What do you guys think ? Maybe it's the industry standard but I feel like I'm missing something. That just seems very low. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
