Take care of your health and try to build a passive income thing

I have some kind of infection in my stomach. Due to misdiagnosis , went untreated for a long time. Now I am on bland diet and couldn't even work. It's impossible to wakeup in the morning. I wakeup at 7AM and could start working only at 12PM. God I miss my healthy "good old days".It's been 5 months since I have had a good morning. Just being able to wakeup with energy and have a walk or a bicycle ride has become a distant dream. I am 23, Male. Doctor said I also have protein deficiency. My current employer is remote-only and doesn't cut the pay even if I take leave for many days. I feel guilty about that. If they cut the pay, I won't feel guilty. It's been barely a month since I joined this company ( a profitable startup with ~20 employees). Though I like the job (Fullstac Django developer) and my employeer, I just I wish had a passive income or I were born rich so that I could quit my job and focus on my health and just exist. Every morning I wakeup and I have to go to work.God I wish I needn't work or work 3-4 hours a day and make 30K (~$400 USD) so that I could just exist. I am not lazy or anything. I worked hard on projects which got me this job. I just can't work. I can't quit my job now since I have an education loan, I need to save up for marrige ( Asian - Indian), need to build a house, take care of my parentsetc. If you're healthy and happy, that's more than enough. Money makes dealing with problems easier. My current pay is 40K (~$540 USD - It's a decent pay for a villager) per month. I was very lucky to study in a one of the good colleges in south India (Through merit) , make great memories, and meet awesome people. Now I am stuck at my home at my bed.Having good health and a job itself is great enough people. Not discouraging anyone from pursuing entrepreneurship but take care of your health. When you have good health, build or do somehting that makes passive income so that when/if something like mine happens to you, it will help you. Or find a job which requires 4 to 5 hours per day. My biggest regret is not building a profitable side project in college. It would've saved me. Now I am depressed, scared, have health issues, financial burden, family responsibilities and worry about not being able to enjoy youth. God I miss my healthy days.I just wanted to vent this somewhere so doing it here. Please remove the post if it violates the rules. Take care of your health.Edit: If anyone has done passive income thing, guide me if possible. I am a django dev who can do React, Ionic, and DevOps too. I can build almost anything.
