
I am the founder of a startup that delivers workshops and private tuitions to help students study more effectively. Typically, each student is with us for 2-3 months (once a week). We have been operational for 3 months and we have gotten really good responses. However, we average 10 new students every month. Our target is to have 60 new students every month.With a budget of $2,000 for sales/marketing/leads, how should I scale my startup? I have identified a few options and I would appreciate any advice from all of you.Use it for B2C/B2B Lead Generation by hiring Lead Generation experts from Upwork/Fiverr. Any recommendations?Use it for building up a strong SEO presence. Hopefully, this drives organic traffic.Use it for building up a strong Social Media presence. Hope this can drive organic traffic.Use it to build scaleable ad campaigns on Google/Social Media.Use it to hire a sales and marketing expert to give a solid strategy for online & offline marketingMy ultimate goal is to have 60 new students every month, starting from December. I'm in this for the long run and speed & scalability is our priority. My partner and I don't have skills in digital marketing but we do know how to:Make designs with Illustrator, Photoshop etc. Will be good if we have a few good design templates to base it off.Customise and run ad campaigns. We have done it. Spent $20 and got 1 lead. But there was no strategy.Copywriting & social media content generation.
