Starting a production company from nothing and growing it to 25 employees within 5 years made me go through a breadth of experiences and required a ton of various skills in all sorts of areas. I’m quite happy to not be a specialist in anything, so I have an unbiased universal approach to all topics. I learned a lot quite easily which came intuitively but for some things I had to put in some hours along side building the company. There are still a lot of things where I feel like my skill levels are the bottle neck of my company’s growth.Key skills I brought to the table were the ability to envision what the company could be capable of achieving, what it’s operating procedures would have to look like to get replicable results independent of individuals, what marketing would have to look like to separate us and what resources were needed.Definitely wish I had more finance and funding skills and am also working on my communication skills as I delegate more work and have to make sure people are achieving pre set results. If you’re still developing skills please also share how you do it, maybe give some recommendations what Resources (books/courses) really helped. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
