What does it take to scale a service business, 1 week ago I started a service business and I've made over 1 grand fast so I see the potential. I want to scale, not to fast but not to slow(like 6-8 months) . I'm very ambitious, what does it take to be very successful with a service business. I'm 22, no credit, so I can't get a loan to get trucks or an office space. But I want to commit to making it completely remote to reduce overhead so if you have any tips/advice for that also please let me know.
