Hi, need feedback. As an experiment, I am training some law students to do the following for an early stage startup: 1. Put a standard vendor agreement in place 2. Put a standard employment/ consultancy agreement in place 3. Create a standard Advisor Agreement for equity 4. Audit the terms and conditions, cookie policy and privacy policy on the website 5. Check if there is a cofounders agreement in place and if that needs an update. This is for the purpose of giving law students some exposure to early stage startups.Of course they can do other non-legal work as well if you have something for them, such as content writing, social media management, college outreach etc. However, we will have a lawyer working in the background with these interns guiding them to do all these legal things and it will not cost the startup anything. Do you think any startups will be interested in this? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
