How important is having a personal right-hand? I'm struggling now.

I have 4 companies running, with about 200 employees total. We have VAs for everything you can imagine, and very competent managers. However, I'm going to end up with probably 5 new companies in the next 2 years, and I've now run into the issue of scaling myself. I'm extremely confident at the beginning part of a company, but with the current companies and starting multiple new ones, I'm overwhelmed. Just the paperwork involved is simply too much. I enjoy being lost in the business abyss more than most, but this is causing extreme frustration now that I've uncovered massive incompetency within myself. Can anyone share some experiences/advice/posts? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
