I’m feeling overwhelmed because I have so many projects that aren’t complete and going out the door.I run an industrial repair shop and have zero welding or machinist skilled labor in my area.Everyone I hire needs a lot of training before they actually make profit.I have trouble building an employee because they can find higher paying work with less skill before they become profitable in this field.I’m also stuck in a gap that I can’t afford a highly skilled fabricator because I can’t pay for that labor in my standing position because the larger companies beat me out.There should be an answer to this problem but I’m not finding it see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
