Drone advertising business?

For a few thousand dollars I think you could buy some good drones, banners to fly in the sky, and marketing to find a few clients. My only concern is dealing with FAA regulations in densely populated areas but you could always request for approval in advance. In theory, they should be more effective than billboards. On the other hand, traditional aerial advertising where someone flies in a plane to advertise a message (fabric banner) costs around $375-$650/hr. Assuming the advertising of my drones is 1/3 as effective, I think charging $100-$200 should be a reasonable price. What do you guys think? What issues could I run into? Would the government try to shut me down? How should I find clients? I also looked for some drone advertising agencies and the competition doesn't seem too intense where I live (I found one company so far in my area) but Google and Facebook could be my actual competitors lol. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
