Help with where/how to start a food product business

I want to start a protein cereal business aimed at bodybuilders that want to track their macros. I've tried making the cereal at home to get the flavour right but find it impossible to replicate the texture and shape that I want which has led me to believe that I have to get it manufactured in a factory. As for the idea itself, there are many high protein cereal brands on the market but they market it to different demographics and I also think that the UK is an untapped market for it at the moment.I know this post is all over the place but I would like suggestions on where to start or advice on if I should even pursue this idea in the first place. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
