Launch Strategy on beginning drop shipping site

So I need some advice on what direction I need to be heading. I'm some what experienced with building businesses and having them run successfully, but I'm starting to get the notion that this van life solar business maybe way harder to get into than before. At this point, building the company has slowed to a crawl since most of my liquid assets have been used building the site and purchasing inventory. I can not afford to launch nationwide, and I'm concerned the shipping charges are going to bite into the margins significantly, since pricing for product dropped significantly since we began the startup. In conclusion, I keep finding myself playing catch up to the industry when looking at my competitors. It's a feeling I am eeriely familiar with, on a SAAS software company i built about 10 years ago. I'm concerned this start up won't even make it to launch, but losses would be catastrophic if we don't start selling. What would be your launching strategy? How would you start on a limited budget and start the cash flow trickle? Website we are working on is belowTeragy Solar see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
