This is scary to think about. Let’s say hypothetically you bootstrapped a business as a one person show and then suddenly you had $1M - $2M to build with.Should I start from the “outsource” tasks outward position?Should I run out and hire all the positions I would ideally need to grow (marketing, sales, accounting, events, maybe even HR?) + office + increased inventoryHow long does a business usually keep a cash reserve for expenses? 1 or 2 years worth? I would never ever want to hire someone full time then have to tell them nah I can’t pay you.Seems like there would be so much going on so quickly.
