ADVICE NEEDED: 31YO freelancer in Los Angeles with too much work

I have a successful social media "business" in Los Angeles where I work with various businesses to develop organic content.I take home between 120k-140k before taxes annually, but recently I've had so many requests for work that I can't keep up.I've had several potential clients say they'd be comfortable with working with me as an 'agency' and that they'd love to see me hire someone to work underneath me...which I'd also love, but I'm very nervous about California employment law. I can't afford to pay for someone's insurance. Also curious if I need to set up an LLC? Any advice would be super helpful. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
