I just started my own news paper/website

My town has a population of 35k and growing by 10 people a day.We have no local paper.Everybody is moving here from half the country away.My day job is sales and im good at it so hoping i can use thaf to sell ads.I have written a book before and decent at writing and can interview clients in sales but have never done journalism.I have a small army behind me backing me and helping me get articles but its still new.Has anybody started a paper or news website and made some money i would love tips and share as i begin.Im starting with a website then going to the paper monthly. I have 800 article ideas and have written 35 so far. This will help at launch. I have 0 advertisers so far but once i launch i will dig in and find them. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
