Idea for a fintech not sure about execution or how to start.

I saw a post about a company that offers payment processing services paying 70k minimum for their employees called gravity payments and the idea got me thinking, what companies specialise in advocating for the electronic payment systems in growing nations such as Egypt, Libya ( even though it is still torn companies are doing well there), Oman etc the countries that don’t have a lot of focus on them in that regard where there is still a lot of growth to be had in their financial sector and people using card payments, online and businesses even offering ways to pay by card. I started thinking of doing a business in that area servicing the Middle East and Asia and parts of Europe to start off which are still ripe for picking and investment and found there aren’t a lot of companies I can think of that are doing these types of payments that they require independently and are not owned by say PayPal or Amazon. How difficult is it to start a fintech corporation if I have the idea, the product, the business plan, research and business acumen but I have no programming or computer knowledge?I have started out research and input from people and getting to know the market needs and all the important bits but there is no company without a software which it can use, anyone have any idea how to proceed in that regard? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
