ERP Client Trying to Get More Clients: Whats the Best Way to Market Them?

Hey All,So I have a client that owns an ERP company and is looking to get more sales. He has been having trouble and I would like to help him with his marketing. I am unsure exactly where we should be looking for his specific demographic but I do know how to run campaigns for everything including Google, Facebook, Linkedin, and pretty much everything else.I know that the companies that he works with have revenue in the 3mil + range, which is why im not actually sure where they would be found. Part of me thinks that a google ads campaign partnered with a cold telephone outreach would be best, but im not sure. Anyone have any ideas on what would be best? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
