I recently have been accepted into a professional business networking group that my CEO of my company swears by.So far it's been great. Interesting and high caliber people, most being in C level roles. I'm newer to management and I'm definitely the lowest person in size of team and revenue. However, I have a student mentality and love to learn.In this group there are 2 different leads - one ran a successful marketing agency for 14 years <500M and the other.... coached business practices since they were mid 20s.Not saying the one isn't great at what she does, but it just feels weird knowing they had no previous experience, but coaching strategy.What are your thoughts? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
