Best way of Paying Staff who are based abroad?

I have a few freelance staff members who work for me abroad. I currently pay them through PayPal, however the service fees their end are so high. Around 4% I believe. I was wondering if anyone uses any other payment system that’s cheaper than this? One thing I’m looking for is that the payment fees are incorporated into their payment fee and not mine as that’s the agreement we with in place, that they cover int fees.Wise charges around 1% I believe but that doesn’t seem to be a way that the recipient covers this cost and not the sender, is there?Any thoughts?
